History & Background
ACU Education Foundation was established in December 2023 by a group of educators and social workers committed to addressing the educational inequities in rural Chhattisgarh. Recognizing the gap between urban and rural educational outcomes, the founders set out to create accessible learning opportunities for children in underserved communities.
Registered under the Registrar of Societies on December 14, 2023, the organization began operations in Tilda Neora, Raipur, with a single community learning center and a handful of dedicated volunteers. Within a year, the foundation expanded to multiple locations and diversified its programs to include digital literacy, scholarships, and child welfare.
In 2025, the organization was formally registered on NGO Darpan (ID: CG/2023/0376970), further solidifying its credibility and opening avenues for government and CSR collaborations.
